When you attempt life operating from a created public persona that a loved one wouldn’t recognize, detached from the fullness of who you truly are, that masking of your authentic self can be damaging. Leaving you feeling worthless, drained and stuck.
Imagine for a moment what it would be like to live without the heavy load of the past that you carry around. To put down the weight of the persona, hurt, anger, shame, blame, grudges, judgement, resentments towards others, and more importantly towards yourself. The lightness and freedom that could arise inside of you when giving yourself that permission.
Forgiveness, of others and yourself, is an act of self-love. Examining the limiting beliefs that hold you locked up and weighed down, brings inner wisdom and awareness of how this weight mainly hurts yourself.
From that lighter space, embracing your shame, ultimately welcomes home a part of your essence that you shut down, along with the potential for restoring your connection to your true nature, your essence and body. Practising to embrace and honour your root is the antidote to any separation that is present.
In this 3- week course you will work with these truths and energies inside of yourself, bringing healing to wounds and guiding you to take ownership of your wholeness. With loving presence come home to yourself using a broad and varied toolkit of breath-work, practices, and visualisation.

With the Bliss Course series we offer 5 different courses with each their own theme.** This is course #3 Letting Go - Touching Shame & Forgiveness. (This course is open to join in at any moment, without having completed any of the other courses in the series. It is not necessary, though preferable, to do the courses in sequence. They have been designed to build upon each other).
