Sacred Grounding – A course in uplifting presence


Women and non-binary beings rooting into the body and earth, meeting the vastness of who they are within the sacred stillness of being in-the-now. Explore what's standing in the way of your light and love.

When you live based on what you think you will experience, defining yourself by the contents of your mind, emotions, and past experiences – you are living from the mind, disconnected from your body and the present moment. When you live from here things in your life rarely transform or change.


Being ungrounded can make you feel anxious and out of control, easily influenced by other people's feelings, and your environment. It makes it harder to feel safe, create, or achieve what you want. It can leave you feeling easily distracted, unfocused, unsafe, overwhelmed, powerless or in a state of procrastination.


Grounding is a practice that connects you to your body and energetically the earth. It allows you to be more authentically in your body, remaining fresh to the present moment through the senses, centered in yourself. You enhance your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. A safe, steady nourishing tranquillity grows inside - a clearer way of being.


In this 3-week course, you will root your core, the home of your feminine intuition. By integrating this inner wisdom, and releasing held beliefs of who you are, you will find yourself naturally more and more authentic, present, peaceful and content.


You will learn:

· Basics of grounding into your body

· Tap into the natural unfolding of your life’s rhythm

· Build capacity for living more in tune with yourself and achieving what you desire

· Some anatomical knowledge of your pelvic bowl, and female organs

· Step by step journey into your womb and inner world

· Cultivate a connection to your inner world while in the outer world

· Restore balance to the root of your body

· Unpeel layers to feel more centred, safe, and peaceful

· Feel more focused, and make decisions more easily

· Feel your vitality, and energized life force

· Connect with your creativity


What to expect? Meditations, visualisations, practices, rituals, movement, and dance inspired by Feminine Arts, Afro-Carib Healing Arts, Breath work, Tao Tantric Arts, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, mindfulness, grounded within the healing & coaching work I do.


I will provide you with exercises, practices, and rituals that you can use for your personal benefit, as a learning experience, to challenge yourself, and to step into more authentic and pleasurable states of being.

What you need? A notebook / journal and pen. Soft, flowing clothing that are easy to move in, and make you feel feminine – whatever that means to you. A scarf or sweater to keep warm.

No specific experience is required, an attitude to be open to explore, and be conscientious respect for the journey of others.
