Treat your yoni well…
I want to make a special point of this, as I feel it’s important. Somewhere along the line, we seemed to taken the idea of cleanliness and fed it steroids. Leaving us with a notion that every single thing, including our bodies, must be completely sterilized at all times to ensure we don’t get sick. Now I know that everyone has their own standards for what clean actually means, and it’s quite challenging to describe a level here. But my advice here is that you keep your body reasonably clean – not dirty, but certainly not overly clean. Especially when dealing with our lady parts. Deodorizing and douching can throw off your natural flora, and cause all kinds of complications. I know, cause it’s happened to me.
Tip: Yoni massages not only stimulates the blood circulation to your yoni, but brings your awareness there as well stimulating your connection with your pelvic bowl. Check out the pelvic bowl visualisations.
All vulvas, vjayjay, pussy, lady bits, or whatever you want to call it, can be kept perfectly clean with water alone. Soap, and other artificial chemicals can dry and irritate your delicate tissues, leading to imbalance of the natural ecology of the vulva and vagina. Studies have shown that they’re the leading cause of infection. There are plenty of natural ways to keep your pussy in check, probiotics, a regular coconut oil massage, vaginal steams, using water instead of/before toilet paper, and going commando whenever possible are a few ways – start googling and find out what works for you.
Tip: I have a little shower head attached in my bathroom, so that I can always have a quick spritz to clean properly after peeing, instead of using toilet paper.
You can add any findings, links, info, or tips, in the comments below – so we can all benefit and figure out what works for each of us.
