10x tips to make your yoni shine

In these times when we're lucky enough to have so much vulva care and information available to us - cause it's fucking amazing. I want to make a special point of how we care for our yonis from a physical perspective, as I feel it’s important.


Somewhere along the line, we seemed to taken the idea of cleanliness and fed it steroids. Leaving many with a notion that every single every part of our bodies, including our pussies, must be freshened and cleaned with special products at all times to ensure health.


Now I know that everyone has their own standards for what clean actually means, and it’s quite challenging to describe a level here. But my advice here is that you keep your body reasonably clean – not dirty, but certainly not overly clean. Especially when dealing with your pussy.


Deodorizing and douching can throw off your natural flora, and cause all kinds of complications.


Your vulva, vageen, pussy, lady bits, or whatever you want to call it, can be kept perfectly clean with water alone. Soap, and other artificial chemicals can dry and irritate your delicate tissues, leading to imbalance of the natural ecology of the vulva and vagina. Studies have shown that they’re the leading cause of infection. There are plenty of natural ways to keep your pussy in check, probiotics, a regular coconut oil massage, vaginal steams, using water instead of/before toilet paper, and going commando whenever possible are a few ways – start googling and find out what works for you. This piece is mostly to bring awareness about the physical care of your vulva and what she needs from that perspective... but there's so much more to explore.



10x tips for a healthy yoni:

  1. Start giving yourself regular Yoni massages. Not only do they stimulate the blood circulation to your yoni, which helps you increase your pleasure and health. But you increase your awareness of what is actually going on there, as well stimulating your connection with your pelvic bowl.

  2. Stop using douche creams, vaginal deodorants and cleansers

  3. Wear breathable underwear

  4. Stop using soap

  5. Start using Probiotics

  6. Choose safe unbleached menstruation pads and tampons

  7. Go commando whenever possible – let her breathe 😉

  8. Connect into her amazing power through meditation. You can do this by joining my online Conscious Sensuality events.

  9. Explore sacred sexuality practices. I'm sure you've heard of Jade Eggs, orgasmic meditations, emotional release and kegels. That's just a start of the relationship you're able to build. Give it a go - and you can always sign up for one of my courses, we go deep.

  10. Slow down to tune into your menstrual cycle needs and connect into your body rhythm.

This is just a small overview of the things you can do to make your yoni shine. Have fun on your exploration, for some women it can be a little confronting, but awareness is the first step to freedom.
