I get asked this question all the time. And there are so many ways to respond to this.
Here I decided to offer the most clear response that I can - 6 ways that you feel inner deep sensual connection.
Have you ever thought about how committed you are to taking good care of yourself?
Deep inner sensual connection is the energetic glue that supports the juiciest, most alive, in full goddex power, most authentic remembrance of yourself that we could welcome into this life. That so many people don't take time for this soulful part of themselves.
1. Like you literally come back to an inner knowing of yourself, owning your fullness, seeing yourself. Not externalizing the desire of belonging to the external.
2. Navigating from the world behind the eyes makes everything so much quieter. Cause you know what is yours and what is not yours.
3. Embodying your fullness in every moment. Welcoming all parts of you just as you are.
4. You build a relationship with your turn on. Which fuels your fire and power.
5. An awakening. An emerging. A blossoming of the power of your body, mind and soul. It's a rush of tingling aliveness.
6. You grow an ability to listen more deeply to the signals and communication of the body. Which becomes a teacher and guide.
This takes practice.
And that means a different a different kind of commitment. Not 21 days to achieve something. Or 3 weeks of another deeper dive. But spreading out that kind of exploration and integrating it deeply into your actual life.
I had to look inside myself as well. Was I committed to providing this space online, and nourishing it with time to grow. Allowing a greater space for co-creation with like minded souls who desire this kind of self-love and build a community.
At the start of the year my answer was clearer than ever. And the words that came to me were as relevant to me as they were in guiding my work.
